2. Pricing & Payments

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Territory: We currently offer domestic standard shipping within the United States.
Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MT).

Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days via ground delivery networks.
Local Pickup: Customers may opt for free local pickup at either of our Las Cruces, New Mexico store locations. Customers must present a confirmation email and valid photo ID upon collection.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return framework for eligible retail products.

Eligible Returns: Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and returned securely in their original layout and packaging.
Non-Returnable Products: Used tableware, kitchenware items, custom orders, or merchandise explicitly designated as a final sale.
Damaged Products: Transit structural flaws or breakage must be reported to our customer support email within 48 hours of carrier delivery with comprehensive photographic documentation.

5. No Restocking Fees

Casa Blanka Imports does not penalize customers with restocking fees for approved returns that fulfill structural conditions.
Customers retain full liability for covering return shipping expenses on change-of-mind return labels.
Artisan Variation: Because our collection features handmade Mexican pottery and ceramics, subtle variations in colors, pattern structures, and textures are natural markers of authenticity and do not represent manufacturing defects.
