Below you will find the details of our shipping terms and delivery procedures.

1. Shipping Territory & Costs

• We offer standard shipping to all states within the continental United States for our authentic Mexican imports.
• Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total package weight, dimensions, and the destination address.
• For oversized cargo, fragile items like our premium pottery collections, or shipments outside the continental US, special rates apply and will be detailed at the point of sale.

2. Handling & Order Processing

• Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Because many of our unique pieces are fragile, handcrafted ceramics, extra care is taken during our packaging process to ensure items are protected securely for transit.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Ground Shipping: Typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days following shipment.
• Expedited Shipping: Delivers within 2 to 3 business days depending on carrier network speeds.
• Please note that transit time estimates are subject to environmental conditions, carrier networks, and peak holiday delays.

4. Local Store Pickup

Skip the transit fees! If you are located near Las Cruces, New Mexico, you can choose local store pickup at checkout for immediate, free retrieval of your purchases at either of our physical store locations.

5. How to Order for Store Pickup

1. Select your preferred Local Pickup storefront location during the online checkout process.
2. Await an email notification stating your items are fully prepped and ready for collection.
3. Visit our storefront location during designated hours. Make sure to bring a copy of your electronic receipt or confirmation email along with a valid photo ID.

6. Tracking & Delivery Information

• A shipment confirmation email containing your personal carrier tracking link will be transmitted as soon as the package leaves our facility.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit with the carrier.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take immense pride in packing our unique ceramic products, pottery, and home accents securely. If your package happens to show visible damage upon arrival, please document it immediately. Reach out to our customer support staff within 48 hours of delivery with order details and digital photographs of both the external packaging and internal items so that we may file a claim and issue a replacement or credit.
