Ordering & Policies
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please reach out to our customer support team immediately. Because our handling team preps and packs items quickly, modifications can only be accommodated if the items have not yet entered the processing or carrier fulfillment queues.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Casa Blanka Imports does not apply restocking fees to any approved returns that satisfy our structural condition criteria.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently process and fulfill shipments only to delivery addresses within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard fulfillment timelines are structured as follows:
• Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (required to securely insulate and wrap fragile ceramics).
• Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days via standard domestic shipping networks.
• Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 4–10 Business Days from order placement.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local customers can choose free store pickup during online checkout. You will receive an email confirmation containing retrieval guidelines as soon as your items are curated and verified at your chosen Las Cruces storefront.
Returns & Damaged Items
What is your return policy?
We provide a 14-day return window for all eligible items. To qualify for a refund, products must remain completely unused, unaltered, and returned within their original packaging layout.
Which products cannot be returned?
For health and hygiene safety reasons, any used kitchenware or dining accessories (such as coffee mugs, ceramic bowls, pitchers, and tableware) cannot be returned. Items explicitly designated as clearance or final sale at checkout are also entirely non-returnable.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your packages promptly upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours of carrier delivery. Please email us your order information along with clear digital photographs of the damaged product, the interior packaging layers, and the outer shipping box so we can arrange a replacement or credit.
