We are dedicated to delivering our carefully curated selection of handcrafted Mexican pottery, Talavera ceramics, home décor, and artisan gifts safely and efficiently to your doorstep. Below you will find the details of our shipping terms, rates, and handling procedures.

1. Shipping Territory & Rates

We currently ship to all delivery addresses within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping: Valid on all qualifying domestic orders of $50.00 and above.
Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders under $50.00.
Transparent Pricing: All shipping charges and applicable taxes are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation. We do not charge hidden handling fees.

2. Handling, Cut-off & Processing Time

Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). Orders received after 3:00 PM MT will begin fulfillment processing on the next business day.
Handling / Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Our online fulfillment and packaging warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Because our artisan ceramics and pottery are delicate, our packaging specialists take extra care to inspect, wrap, and cushion each piece securely for safe transit.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

Standard Domestic Ground Shipping: 3 – 7 business days following carrier pickup.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 10 business days from the date of order placement.
Note: Delivery schedules may experience minor carrier delays during peak holiday seasons or adverse weather conditions.

4. Free Local Store Pickup

Local customers in or near Las Cruces, New Mexico can select free store pickup at checkout for immediate retrieval at either of our physical showrooms:

5. Local Pickup Guidelines

Select Local Pickup and choose your preferred showroom during checkout.
Wait for an email confirmation stating your items are prepped and ready for collection (orders are typically ready within regular showroom hours).
Visit our showroom during open store hours with your confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

6. Order Tracking

Once your shipment leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a direct carrier tracking link so you can monitor your package's delivery progress in real time.

7. Damaged Shipments

Every item is carefully packed to withstand transit. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 to 5 business days of delivery at support@casablankaimports.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging for a prompt replacement or full refund.
